1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Prompt2YT platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@prompt2yt.online.
3. Credits and billing
Credits are purchased via one-time payments. All purchases are final; unused credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credit deduction rates are published at prompt2yt.online/credits. Rates may change with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: share your account credentials, use automation to consume credits, attempt to reverse-engineer the generation infrastructure, or use the platform to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Service availability
Prompt2YT targets 99.5% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
6. Intellectual property
Prompt2YT and its logo are trademarks of Prompt2YT. Your uploaded brand assets remain yours, and you own the videos you generate. Nothing in these terms grants us rights in your content beyond what is required to operate the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via dashboard settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
